Local delivery (Singapore)
All local delivery will take 3-5 days for most items. Made-to-order items will take 1-2 weeks depending on complexity of order (please refer to product page or contact us at plookplook.sg@gmail.com for updates)

Shipping & Delivery  –  Southeast Asia
We ship from our base in Singapore to customers across Southeast Asia (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam). Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by country and shipping method, but you can generally expect arrival in 5–10 business days. Please note that once your parcel leaves Singapore, import duties, taxes or clearance fees may apply in your country of destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including any required local phone number or identification, and select a reliable courier service when prompted. Shipping & Delivery – International
We ship from our base in Singapore to customers worldwide, including key regions such as the UK, European Union, South Korea, Japan and Australia. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on destination country and shipping method, but you can typically expect arrival within 7–20 business days (customs processes may add time). Please note that for international orders, import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees may apply in your country of destination — these are the recipient’s responsibility. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a full and accurate shipping address (including postal code, unit/flat number, and contact phone), and choose a shipping option that offers tracking whenever possible.
